The conversation of mental health from the church context has spiraled into a debate between prayer and therapy. Â We are not going down that route in the Studio. Â We are going to hold the tension that both are available, both means are steps toward healing and both are profitable to those who choose to partake. Â Join us as we reflect on our own mental health as we hear from Dr. Dionne.
